Reflections

This podcast left me speechless. To live such a selfless life and the challenges that Alex faces for his patients (hard enough for us to navigate the health care system and make appointments with any specialists) I can’t even imagine.
I have so much admiration for him. Not to be afraid, not to fight the struggle or pain, and to truly believe wow!!! I also loved how he encouraged all of us to engage in small acts of kindness so so powerful. What an inspirational story!

I was so happy to listen to the podcast. Really appreciate the way you ask questions and give the opportunity for people to share their story in a profound way. Also loved how you switched to lighter topics about what he was reading and who he would spend some time together in his personal life. By know your father’s quotes have become a trademark of your podcast and I love them.
I am so glad that you are shedding light on ordinary people who are doing these most amazing things I would have never learned about! And he lives in our neighborhood. So glad you have expanded with a newsletter and Instagram site and I will for sure check them out!
I love the question that you ask yourself about giving and receiving kindness and will for sure incorporate that into my practice.
