Gina’s podcast

I so enjoyed listening to Gina’s story. To talk and reflect in such an honest and vulnerable way about her addiction is very courageous. Her story is such a testament to how one has the ability to change one’s thoughts with reaching out for help and an inner willingness to do so and how relapse or setbacks are just part of any change. In think that it so important to remember any time you attempt to make even little changes. Your questions were fanatic and gave her the opportunity show herself. As always, I especially loved your trademark ending with a quote from your father!! What a great podcast!!!!
