In may of 2013, a horrible crime was being committed. A young 8 year old boy was being abused. Calls had been made several times to DCFS from everyone from his uncles, grandparents to his teacher. However DCFS in California did not do their job right. As a result Young Gabriel Fernandez was murdered. Not by a stranger, but he mother her boyfriend.
