Ep 18: The Beauty of Botanicals with Kimberly Kling

Curious about the healing power of plants + botanicals? In this episode, I am honored to share a dear friend of mine and botanical beauty with you, Kimberly Kling. Kimberly and I connected years ago at a retreat out in the Redwoods of California, and our connection has only continued to blossom in her garden of "Joyful Roots"! 

Kimberly Kling is the creatrix behind Joyful Roots, a botanical wellness brand located in Southern Arizona. Her greatest passion is to help women cultivate their inner joy by amplifying their self-care rituals and growing deeper roots in our Mother Earth. Kimberly has been working with plants since as early as she can remember – making “magical plant stew” in her childhood backyard and becoming friends with the Rushes and Paper Birch in the Michigan forests. Looking back, she can see that her decision to get a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, was an attempt to reconcile her love for art, plants, and her background in civil engineering. 

After moving to rural Arizona, giving birth to and mothering her son, and experiencing a health crisis, she was divinely guided to herbalism and rekindled a deep and enthralling passion for plants. Through the plants, she became empowered with her own health and wellness and is called to share this empowerment with others.
