Ep 5: The Unspoken Miracles of 2020

In the most engaged post in my FB community of 2020, I asked, “Let’s start a thread of good things that happened to you in 2020?” 

In a year that has brought us more panic at times than any sense of joy, I was taken back by the LOVE that poured through this post. This love brought to light the first unspoken miracle of 2020, that of perspective. 

Each day, YOU get to choose your perspective, the lens with which you see the world, your life, and how you relate to the chaos around you.

This episode unlocks a fresh perspective to close out 2020 to find the “catalyst” from these challenges…to ask yourself 3 powerful questions that will not only help you look back, but move forward with a guided sense of HOPE for 2021. 

1. How have you felt uprooted this year?
2. What was this taught you about yourself?
3. Knowing this, what will you bring into 2021? 

Tune in to learn more about the concept of Kensho, which in Japanese and Zen traditions translates to Ken, which means “seeing, and sho, which is “Nature” which is cultivated from a place of suffering, challenges, and pain that pushes you to find the passion within your pain. It is our Soul’s way of calling on you to grow. 

As I always say, your pain is your passion. It’s time to find out why.
