About Marci:
Marci Barker is a life and fitness coach from Ogden Utah but has been coaching online since 2015. She started out with personal training and nutrition programs to help others lose weight and stay accountable to the right plan for them. Soon she saw a disconnect in physique and mental health in her clients while also battling mental health issues with her dad.
Marci continued striving for and teaching her clients to connect the mind and body through following through and tracking their progress through her app.
In an effort to scale her business and share the message of fun and sustainable Fitness with the world, in 2021 she participated on a reality tv show called Ace in the Hole. Although it was a roller coaster Marci established herself as an official expert by publishing her book called The Accountability Code Wake Up and Show Up.
Marci is a mother to 4 daughters, has been married 15 years and loves having neighbors over for dinner.
