Relatable
Such a good podcast! I really enjoyed listening to episode 50 with the ACES founder. I love when you can relate to the host and guest. Heart filling to know we are not alone 🤍✨

At the beginning of every episode, Jessica asks listeners who they are, and that then guides the conversation. Hearing how it unfolds is magical. In a very organic way, She manages to surface so many resources in each episode. Uplifting and Inspiring!
I discovered Jessica’s podcast, through a fellow Yoga teacher, and really enjoy her warmth, and authenticity. When I heard her story, of how she made the escape from a corporate job, I was hooked, as I dream of that next chapter myself! Every episode is inspiring. I’m SO GLAD I found this podcast!! I’m only 7 episodes in, but I already LOVE IT!! These are the kinds of things I like and need in my life. I appreciate Jess’s realistic positivity. Yes, hard things happen and will always happen, but it’s all in our perspective of how we react to them that will help us get through them. I’m obsessed with self help books for personal and business growth so this is my jam!! This podcast covers all the good stuff and hard stuff in a good way. Great to listen to if you need a pick me up or just fuel to go after the life you want. It definitely leaves me feeling more “ALIVE” and motivated to keep living my life with purpose. Looking forward to catching up on the rest of the episodes!!

Needed This More Than I Realized
I am so grateful I was introduced to this podcast. During this time, where we have all been pushed to lean more and more into virtual connection, I believe we need to work even more diligently to remember what’s real and learn tools to properly navigate being alive. There is so much inspiring content here!

I absolutely love this podcast....Jessica is such a great person and she knows her stuff....her advice on how to manifest your life and goals without sacrificing yourself is innovative and effective....not to mention that she shares her own life experience to show that she’s no different than the rest of us....looking forward to more episodes!!!

Everyone should listen
I have enjoyed each of these podcasts. And episode 3 on Anxiety was an outstanding episode and o really think everyone should listen to it! There were so many golden nuggets of information in that podcast and everyone should listen in and try at least one of her suggestions.

Jessica's been in my shoes. She did all the things on the checklist and realized she wasn't fulfilled. So instead of sitting around, she did something about it. Her story is raw, real and inspiring!
