Chief Strategy Officer @ ARM Institute
I am currently the Chief Strategy Officer for the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute. The ARM Institute is the nation’s leading collaborative in robotics and workforce innovation. Structured as a public-private partnership, ARM and its members catalyze transformative robotic technologies and education for both commercial and defense needs to grow U.S. global manufacturing competitiveness. Founded in 2017 in Pittsburgh, PA, ARM receives funding from the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Department of Commerce and other federal, state, and local entities to fund projects that advance the state of robotics to make them more accessible and usable, especially for small and medium manufacturers. The ARM Institute is part of the Manufacturing USA® network.
Since joining ARM in 2017 as its second employee, I was instrumental in the launch of this national institute by delivering its initial set of marketing assets and defining and building the consortium to now over 380 organizations of experts in robotics and workforce development.
Today, I lead a team with a dual focus of strategizing, developing and delivering services and resources that serve its members and our nation as well as growing the organization’s brand, mission, and membership.
Prior to joining ARM, I held executive roles as Chief Marketing officer, Chief Operations Officer and President for several technology companies.
