Preston Hadley

President

First I am 31 years old with a wonderful family. My wife Jessica, and my two children Lilli and Theodore.

President & Founder of Envision Automation & Controls & Rapid Panels.

When I was young, I got my start in manufacturing in my father's hobby tool shop. After that, I worked in the family business I helped found for many years making gun parts in a CNC shop, building websites, I.T. infrastructure, graphic design, and more.

I was introduced to a controls engineer who mentored me in controls for a few years. I dug in deep and became a road warrior controls engineer commissioning/fixing equipment all over the USA. I spent many late nights programming PLCs, HMIs, etc that I bought and put in my home lab in my apartment.

I started Envision Automation & Controls in 2019. My lifelong aspiration was to be an entrepreneur. My love for controls and my business knack made it possible to launch, gain footing, and grow Envision Automation & Controls. The company is growing strong and steadily. I have a phenomenal team.

I recently started Rapid Panels in 2024 to meet an otherwise unfulfilled market need for guarding solutions to be made more streamlined for the industrial automation world.
