One year ago, Scot Schute quit his dream job as a top executive at LinkedIn to follow an idea - to Change Work From the Inside Out. The start was writing his first book, The Full Body Yes, and since then, he's risen to become a sought-after keynote speaker, executive coach and thought leader. This week he released his latest project, 'Changing Work for Teams', which is a group experience that's designed to build more engagement and connection - connection to each other, connection to purpose. This is an episode with guaranteed inspiration, and the call to action to changing from the inside out!

In Scott's Own words:
"Most of us have been climbing the wrong mountain, and sometimes it seems like the harder we climb, the further we rise, the less we have.
On my journey through life, I’ve always felt the pull of two worlds. On one hand, the life of technical, for the operational. On the other, the life of a seeker, with the feeling of a deep connection to something bigger than myself.
These two worlds fueled a question how can we be successful at work and also be a good person? With my exploration of this question, I have strived to change work, (and the world) from the inside out.
