WHO AM I?
Effective leadership and extraordinary implementation = Breakaway Success. Don't settle for less.

The challenges facing leaders today require a Behavioral Change Master as a strategic "reality check" partner. That's one contribution I make to senior executives and their teams. Accountability for predicted results comes from aligning your values and your goals as a team; raising the performance bar means engendering mutual trust, which happens ONLY when people feel safe. The role of leader involves engendering mutual trust through an effective, reliable communication cadence that you set and keep. How are you doing? As your strategic partner, we look together at context (which is defining) and content. Distinguishing and addressing these separately is CRITICAL to effectiveness.

In 20 years I have given feedback to over 3,000 senior executives to help them recognize and be responsible for the context they set and keep for their organization.
