Episode 3: Don van Splunteren - Its all about the journey
Don van Splunteren shares with host, and wife, Leticia Latino how he had Change being a constant throughout his life and how he came to the realization that the Journey is what really counts. With an extremely rich and diverse background, a multi-country upbringing and different career paths open to him, Don shares insights on how he made pivotal life decisions that made him the successful executive and family made that he became, without forgetting about his passion for music.
In this episode, Don van Splunteren shares how the journey is what really counts. Having had to live in more than 5 countries, changed schools over 30 times and houses an equal amount of times, Don learnt early on to find solace in Change and to adapt to new situations as they came. He learnt to make the most out of it, and eventually capitalized the ability to quickly adapt to each situation to become an extremely successful executive with a priority on giving his own family the stability his own upbringing lacked.
With a Bachelors in both electronic Engineer and Music (Guitar/Jazz Improvisation), Don is a versatile individual that can surprise even the most talented musician when he hangs on to a Guitar. He currently is the Global VP of Sales for Phoenix Towers International, one of the fastest growing Tower Co's in the world. He is also husband of 10 years to Host Leticia Latino van Splunteren, with whom he has Christian (8) and Emma (4).
