Special education teacher here

I am a middle school special education teacher. I teach students who have mild intellectual disabilities and some have autism. I discovered you guys on TikTok and have enjoyed listening to the podcast. I’m not a parent myself but like to think that I am like a second parent to my students. I’ve enjoyed listening to the podcast and hearing your perspective about having a child with special needs. Your podcast has given me a whole new perspective on my students parents and has helped me to be able to relate to them more which I’m so appreciative of. It has also given me suggestions of things that I could try with my own students.
