Coaching Matters

A gentle nudge in the right direction got me across the finish line of in Hartford CT. for my first marathon, but it took two years of coaxing from my sister to get me to actually head out for my first run around downtown Bridgeport-why?  Why did I agree to run 26.2miles without even knowing how long 26.2miles was?  All it took was a casual conversation with two acquaintances in Home Depot and I started down the road to living a healthy lifestyle.  

At my core I am a teacher, a coach of sorts, I am a human potential developer.  In my bio on IG I've the following words: I help people iMac their lives identify their purpose Maximize their potential Accelerate their growth and Continue the cycle-that's a cute acronym, but how do I make that translate into a daily practice?  I get excited and want to share what I know, a voice in my head reminded me yesterday, nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.
