Thanks for the all the Birth Day Wishes.  I celebrated my 54th birthday this weekend and the thought of my mortality becomes more ominous the older I get.  I spent part of the day covering a Team Prestige event for Miguel Castro.  Gilda from Saturday Night High contacted me when she was considering launching her podcast, I shared a few tips & tricks with them.  They've got a couple of shows in the can already, I included their "High" take on Bill Burrs cold open.
