Growth Strategy

Reviewing restrooms is part of a bigger plan, I know there might be someone out there wondering why I'm reviewing restrooms, well there's a method to my madness.  Last week, when I looked at my analytics, I noticed I had more people tuning in from France than I did from CT.  That bothered me, on the one hand I was excited about the reach of the podcast, but, that area of opportunity bothered me.  Why didn't more people know about the podcast in the state I live in?  Whelp that would be my fault, and so I'm going to change that.  

Currently only 9% of our audience tunes in from Connecticut.  

Growth Strategy:  

1. Conduct restroom review.
2. Post and tag establishment on IG.
3. Follow Up with a live call to share the news
4. Include the call during an episode
5. Share link to the episode with the establishment.
6. Rinse and Repeat

This gorilla marketing tactic will allow us to create a buzz throughout the state, identify potential advertisers for the show, identify social media management/engagement opportunities for restaurants and janitorial services.  Next up will be Barber Shops and Beauty Salons.

Oh yeah I haven't mentioned my Ko-fi page.  The launching of my Ko-fi page is me embracing my talents, this is me walking in my purpose, this is me taking the leap, acknowledging that what I'm doing is providing a valuable service for the audience, the guest and the sponsors.  BTW Podcast is a business.

I took the leap 4years ago to drive for Uber/Lyft Full-time, so I could have the flexibility to devote to building BTW Podcast.  Ko-fi is platform that will allow entrepreneurs/business owners to sponsor an episode PRE, MID or POST roll, it also allows you to buy me a cup of coffee.
