Service Matters

It's a typically day in Bridgeport CT., I had just finished posting the episode for the day and was ready to start my day, but not before grabbing a cup of coffee from DD.  I observed a category 5 customer interaction and made a few notes when I got back to my car, after I finished writing I went and spoke to the manager about the incident.  Later that day I had three more notable customer experiences one at Crossroads Pizza in Bpt, Popeyes and Ben & Jerry's in New Haven.
