Cam Ogilvie, is a former banker and entrepreneur. Straight out of university, he went into Corporate Finance & after several years working, as a cog in a big machine, decided banking wasn’t for him and jumped into the family business which was Confectionery importing & distribution.

After a few years he took on the CEO role, taking the business from a small $4m revenue to the 2nd largest privately owned confectionery distributor in Australia.

Along the way several companies, brands & many innovative concepts were brought to market.

He loves sports, and especially the coaching of high performance teams, which lead him to coaching his peers whilst still CEO of CTC. Last year Cam successfully exited his business and is now implementing EOS full time.
