Fractional Integrator & Co-Founder
Christine Mozer, owner of Lead Together and co-founder of True Fractional Integrators, has an insatiable curiosity for how things work.
As a Fractional Integrator, Christine harnesses that curiosity and her 20+ years of business experience to help “calm the chaos” with her clients. It’s her passion for understanding, troubleshooting, and fixing issues that fuels her ability to understand and get a grip on the many moving pieces in a business.
She helps bring a company's goals to life by working with 3 to 4 Visionaries and their leadership teams each quarter, modeling what pure EOS looks like, ensuring RPRS, mentoring and guiding leaders, driving process documentation, and optimizing scorecards. By fully owning the Integrator seat for her Visionary clients (and getting THEM out of the Integrator seat!), Christine helps create a culture of results, accountability, and traction.
In addition to serving her own clients, Christine helped create the True Fractional Integrator Community, which helps Integrators make the transition from a full-time dedicated position to having their own fractional integrator practice.
Christine resides in New Hudson, Michigan with her best friend and partner, Sergio, and their Saint Bernard, Claire. When she’s not busy helping her clients get traction, you’ll find her gardening, riding her mountain bike & motorcycle (though not at the same time!), tinkering around on a car, or traveling with Sergio & Claire.
