Renee Wingfield is an entrepreneur, multidisciplinary performer and creative director. Her mission is to make the world more fun and safe in all that she does and strives to live a big, bold, beautiful life.

Renee is the owner & creative director of Fliptease (est 2006) WA's premier entertainment and spectacle company and Director of Mobile Lockers Australia (est 2022). She is an advocate for the arts with a focus on the creative and building legacy companies for the future of WA.

Renee has directed and created multiple shows in the Western Australian market including The Sprites, The Summerset Launch for the City of Stirling, Yagan Square launch, Bunuru Festival, Joondalup Festival Launch and more, while managing her regular corporate client experiences.

As part of her project portfolio, Renee has worked with stadium experiences including Optus stadium, HBF Stadium and others. Being engaged by Lotterywest, The Brand Agency and The West Coast Eagles in activating Optus Stadium as part of the new Powerball experience. Directing large scale performances in front of crowds over 50 000.

Renee has worked with NYC Fringe Festival, Prague Fringe Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, La Fura Des Baus, The Flying Lotahs, and Circus Joseph Ashton. After completing a training sabbatical with the China Acrobatic Troupe (Beijing International Arts School) in 2011, Renee has spent her time touring and producing programs such as Twilight Flyers, Fringe World Mermaids and
​countless ​commercial client entertainment experiences as both a performer (Miss Gail Force), producer​ and creative.

Renee continues to be involved as a mentor for developing performers with in the performance industry and an advocate for safety and education​ within circus arts.​
