I’m your host Debra Chantry-Taylor & I am a trained Entrepreneurial Leadership & Business Coach, a professional EOS Implementer & an established Business Owner myself. I am passionate about helping Business Owners to have a Better Life through creating a Better Business.
Before coaching, for close to 20 years I held GM & Leadership roles in medium sized organisations, with up to 220 staff. My specialty was in taking them from Flatline to growth & this is something that I became very good at & also very passionate about.
From there I went into starting my own businesses. I’ve now owned & led a few of my own businesses & I have been extremely fortunate to live the high life as well as experiencing a horrendous train wreck.
If I’m honest, I learned more from the train wreck that from all the success.
Since starting my coaching in 2010, originally with The Icehouse & now in my own coaching practice, I have worked with over 500 business owners & their leadership teams.
Every time I work with a leader & their team I feel privileged to be part of their journey.
I have hand-picked my guests for this podcast series from those business leaders that I have worked with or subject matter experts & colleagues from my journey.
In each episode we cover one of the six topics that will help you take your business from good to great & we invite special guests in who have been there, done that & got the T-shirt so that they can share with you how they did it.
My guests have also experienced the highs & lows of business & we want to share those learnings with you to help you avoid some of the common mistakes.
We also want to have some fun with it, because life is too bloody short!
