In this episode, I interview Scott Steward, the founder of Genius Lab, an organization devoted to the education of Black and Latinx youth in STEM fields in the city of Chicago, Illinois.
In our conversation, Scott and I discuss his initial reluctance to become an entrepreneur, his experiences and the teaching methods he used both in public school and at Chicago State University, and students' mental health when it comes to taking virtual classes.
