The popular science magazine Scientific American selected his book The Language Instinct as one of the 100 best science books of the 20th century. Pinker has twice featured in Foreign Policy's list of "Top 100 Global Thinkers," and he’s been included in Time magazine's "The 100 Most Influential People in the World Today."
