In the past, people suffered because they didn’t have enough choices that ensure they have access to their basic needs, and for that they longed for the freedom to choose what will be beneficial to them individually or at communal level. Today, such types of freedoms that were absent in the past are within our grasp, we now have access to a dizzying array of choices that cover what we eat, wear, and even more important aspects of our lives such as health insurance, retirement plans and public services. But while certain liberties come with these choices, so does an array of new problems; because we are now flooded with a plethora of choices to make, it has made it difficult for people to make them, resulting in anxiety and depression, so much so that many perceive the responsibility to make decisions as a burden rather than a privilege. Therefore, the key to making wise choices now falls to learning how to draw on advantages of an item, service, or situation, and avoiding it’s disadvantages. This book will explain how to do that in detail.
