Even our recreation is very food, and survivalist, cantered here at Briden Farm! Every couple of weeks we try to get a day off and go fishing. This week we were fortunate as a friend who took over doing our chores! It’s the first time we had taken a day off, with no chores, in nearly two years! It resulted in seven beautiful flounder, and this video shows me filleting our flounder. The video is mostly silent, except for some rather vocal chicks in the background, but does show a how I fillet flounder, and also shows a very nice fillet at the end.
