On, or about, April 11, SPCA Officer Jade Bloom came to our house, responding to a complaint about an ad I placed on Kijiji to sell kittens to pay for spaying the mother cat. I told her the kittens would be properly homed and the mom would be spayed. Not taking what I to,d her to be true, She was not satisfied, and said she’d be back with another SPCA Officer. In this video recorded April 18, SPCA Officer, Jade Bloom admits that is what I told Her on her prior visit. Therefore, the subsequent visit s simple harassment. At the very least, they should have taken me at my word, and waited till the kittens were of proper age and seen if I followed through. Not doing so, after being told the kittens would be properly homed was harassment.
