With the new diocesan fiscal year underway, we ask your parish to join our growing list of parishes with a pledge of a monthly tithe or annual gift to help keep Carolina Catholic Radio on the air for the remainder of 2023.
We want to publicly thank the following parishes for their financial support this past year and pledges for the year ahead:
St. Thomas Aquinas, Charlotte
St. Mark, Huntersville
St. Ann, Charlotte
St.Therese, Mooresville
We encourage you to do what you can prayerfully, financially and by spreading the word of what our apostolate has been doing the past 4+ years. Your involvement will be the difference in keeping true local Carolina Catholic content available on-air, on-line and on-demand! Thank you for recognizing the importance to evangelize the TRUTH of JESUS CHRIST and the Catholic Church in today's volatile, divisive, upside-down culture. We are a GOD-INSPIRED VOICE that needs to be heard in today's media world.

UPDATE... Fr. David Miller of nearby St. Dorothy Parish in Lincolnton, NC will have our Blessed Lord exposed in the Blessed Sacrament from 6-9pm for those who wish to unite their prayers with those of the Rosary Rally.
Brothers All,
Please consider joining other area men to combat the ongoing evil in our public squares. The Lincolnton Cultural Center in Lincolnton, NC is hosting a Drag Show event this Saturday. The Rosary will be recited peacefully (and silently) in public to help make reparation for this public sin.
MEET AT THE GILLELAND REALTY PARKING LOT AT 6 PM TO PRAY THE ROSARY. PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO PARK HERE:
341 E Main Street Lincolnton, NC 28092
ROSARY WILL BEGIN AT 6:30PM WHEN THE DOORS OPEN FOR THE SHOW. THIS WILL BE PRAYER ONLY AND NO MICROPHONES OR SIGNS.
This is a huge cultural shift in the mostly conservative little town and sadly it has big backing. It’s starts with a show like this and before you know it there will be a drag queen story hour for children at the local Library.
Come stand in solidarity to pray against this intrinsic evil and perversion in this small town.
For any additional questions, please contact Tico Vilorio at laspalmas3055@gmail.com.

Office of Family Life - Diocese of Charlotte When you look deeper at Natural Family Planning (NFP) Awareness, perhaps you are wondering why the Church prohibits contraception and encourages NFP instead. It comes down to the dignity we have being made male and female in God's image and the call for a married couple to be a truthful sign of God's love in the marital act. The best preaching I've heard on the topic is from Fr. Patrick Schultz on his podcast Slaking Thirsts. Do yourself a favor and subscribe to the podcast! Don't give up hope, even if you're going through a hard time now. This too will pass. And it passes much more quickly when we do the intentional work to heal and move toward greater peace. It's worth the effort. If you need a helping hand along the way, get in touch. AboundingJoyMinistry.com
