đź’¨ Being a personal chef definitely has its ups and downs. Normally, I love when the weather is nicer, and we can have dinner parties outside. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen.
🥗 We had just served the salad course, and a storm started to blow in. Chairs blew all over the yard, and the rented tent came down.
🍴 We had to quickly set the dining room table, and move everyone indoors. Having an extensive background and catering, I was able to pull it off with just a few minor hiccups.
