π¦ I buy wild gulf shrimp whenever possible. Right now, thereβs some great shrimp at Costco. β£

π The other important ingredient is bread. Iβm fortunate to have Twin Bears Bakery here, and always use their bread for my toasts. β£

π The dressing is simply Dukes Mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice & zest, and Old Bay seasoning. β£

π₯£ Thinly slice fennel, ideally on a mandolin. Mix the shrimp, fennel, and dressing. Thatβs it. Put it on triangles of griddled toast, garnished with a fennel frond and some Spiceology Urfa Biber chili if yaβ got it.β£
