Community Cultivator
Katherine is an Augusta native who returned after spending college and early career across the US, Europe, and Asia to pour into the CSRA. Her professional background includes event management, educational consulting, academic research, marketing, development, and work with nonprofits and small businesses. She is passionate about where local meets international and endeavors to make Augusta a more dynamic and collaborative place. Ask her about political theory, John Mayer, roux recipes, or the time she lived down the street from a water buffalo.
I currently do marketing and development consulting for nonprofits and small businesses; work for the Downtown Development Authority of Augusta as Social Media Manager and Project Coordinator; manage my own food blog as well as co-manage the Augusta Food Bloggers community; act as Executive Vice President of the Junior League of Augusta; and am Host of the Fourth Annual Augusta HP Pub Crawl.
Here are some great episodes to start with.
