Dr. Martha E. Rader is a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, the principal of Rader Coaching, Training & Consulting, LLC., dba Rader Leadership, a professor and consultant.
As an independent leadership and team developer, executive coach, trainer, and culture consultant, Dr. Rader has over 25 years of experience as an executive, leader, and manager in the automotive and banking industries and has had the opportunity to study the effects of generational differences in organizations. She has the knack and passion for creating a safe authentic space that invites exploration of culture, skills, the reasoning of behavior, and gaps that limit growth.
She works with individuals and companies to unlock potential and develop and align a positive culture and leadership to reach higher levels of potential and performance (developing MVP Champions; Mission, Values, and Priorities ©). She also develops teams to improve conflict and accountability to work cohesively and effectively together. The results help improve engagement, motivation, employee experience, productivity, performance, and retention, influencing the bottom line.
Dr. Rader is also certified in Denison Culture, MHS Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, and Training, and is an Authorized Wiley-Lencioni Partner for DiSC Behavior Analysis and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
She has assisted in building positive, purposeful, productive, and performance-oriented cultures in the automotive, banking, non-profit, family-owned businesses and manufacturing, and higher education industries. Rader was nominated for the Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry in 2010. She has mentored young professionals, served as a board member for non-profit organizations, and is an active volunteer within her community.
