When most people think about wellness, they think diet and exercise.
And while these are necessary for achieving optimal health, they are not enough. What most of us truly aim for and what we truly crave is to feel good and have emotional wellbeing.
For the very first episode of This or Something Better, I had an enlightening conversation with, Robyn Conley Downs. Robyn was recently named one of the Most Influential Women in Wellness, and she also has a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis on behavior change.
A self-confessed perfectionist, mom, and my friend for over eight years, Robyn has made herself her own guinea pig. Her own challenges urged her to pursue her research around behavior and mindset, resulting in her new book The Feel Good Effect.
