About Melissa
Melissa is a visionary who combines art with research. She explores personal, organizational culture and behaviors to understand how our environment can better engage, empower, even shape how we engage ourselves and each other.
Above any education, Melissa considers her life experience her most valuable credential; including growing up in housing projects in the South and her subsequent search for self through trying on many different careers. Melissa has worked over 65 jobs, all of which contributed to the person she is today...someone who is compulsively curious and always learning and growing through research and life experience.
