In this episode I am talking with Amy Lang of Birds + Bees + Kids®. Amy helps parents of all beliefs have easy, open and effective conversations with their kids about sex. I first heard Amy speak at my daughter’s school about 3 years ago, and the information she shared significantly changed the way I talk with and educate my daughter about sex and sexuality. 

This topic can be uncomfortable for parents and for kids, but as Amy shares,  the earlier parents have honest and age appropriate conversations with their kids, the better off they will be. The conversation we are having in this episode is important for every parent to hear, no matter the age of your child. I encourage you to listen with an open mind, get ready to get uncomfortable and most importantly, share your new found knowledge with other parents.
