Welcome to the 100th episode of This or Something Better! I started this show 6 months into the global pandemic. My goal was to share stories of hope; to introduce you to inspiring people doing things to help make people and the planet safer, healthier and happier, and as I look back at the guests I have talked with over these 100 episodes, I am in awe. Despite all the bad things happening in the world, there are positive changemakers among us, and when we stop to tell their stories, when we take time to focus on the good, or shall I say, the “something better” that is where we find the hope.

As promised back in episode number 1, my very first guest on the show, Robyn Conley Downs, is back for episode 100. If you didn’t listen to that episode already, I encourage you to go back.

Robyn is the Founder & Editor in Chief of Real Food Whole Life, author of The Feel Good Effect, host of The Feel Good Effect Podcast, and founder & director of The Feel Good Effect Coaching Certification. Her mission is to help people create happy, healthy habits with ease. Her motto: gentle is the new perfect.

Today Robyn and I are talking about feeling good and how our feelings are tied to our habits and our goals, and as Robyn will share, this is not something we have been taught to do. I can’t think of a better topic for episode 100.
