To start the Fall semester, the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center staff hosted a Vendor Showcase. This event was open to faculty, staff, and students at Texas A&M University. The vendors displayed different ways to provide event services throughout the building including casual and fine dining options, camerawork, flower arrangements, and local flavor. The attendees were also able to take a self-guided facility tour, take photos in a photo booth, and watch our facility podcast. This was the APCC’s second in-house hosted showcase and had a great turnout of vendors and attendees. We plan to continue hosting events for our clients at the beginning of every semester so they can meet with as many vendors as possible as they begin the planning process.
