I used to have a problem shutting off my brain at night, but now I’m able to sleep like a log thanks to my nightly routine. I start each day with affirmations, followed by a Peloton ride, sit-ups, and a sauna session. This allows me to get 7 hours of restful sleep and I wake up ready to take on the day.
