Just Discovered This Encouraging Gem

I recently discovered Heather’s podcast and am so thankful to God that I did.
Her honest, no judgement approach to such an emotionally charged subject makes for a safe space to listen and learn. But don’t get the idea that it’s all rainbows and flowers here. Heather really gets me to think about the reasons and motivation for some of the thought processes I have and how destructive they can be. Through Scripture, Heather presents (Conviction, at times!) how GOD SEES ME. And in turn how I should see myself.
She also gives some very practical advice on what to do/how to solve the particular subject of that podcast. I never get to the end of the podcast thinking “Well, that was a good discussion. Now what do I do about it?”
