Thanks be to God

Dear Heather,
God led me to your podcast in September by a dear friend of mine. I have struggled with body image all of my life and now I’m on the path of freedom! After 4+decades of running I face hip replacement surgery. Needless to say, it has rocked my world of control of my weight, value and worth. But God … in His mercy has shown me real truth and grace through your insights. As a believer for 40+ years I’m finally surrendering my food, my body, and exercise ( no running anymore)allowing Him to be my source of Beauty. All these nuggets of truth are beginning to penetrate my heart and I’m so grateful! Thank you, Heather!
