Today I went through something (along with over 18K other Amazonians) that I never expected. I was laid off, hence the Open to Work ring now appearing on my photo.
Podcasting has been an outlet for me these last few years to talk through situations and share experiences so I hopped on the mic today. Day 0 of this journey is weird and comes with all the feelings. I will be sharing my journey with you as often as I can. I hope I can give some of you a place to feel understood, to feel seen, to find support, and to help you (and me) navigate the waters ahead.
My heart goes out to all those from Amazon and other companies that have been affected by the recent layoffs. Sending you all love and peace.
