Thank a Trucker! Imagine what life would be like if we didn't have truck drivers.  Truck drivers are essential to our lives and all industries delivering food, supplies, goods, materials, and much more. This episode of Conversations with Nicole, among other things, brings awareness to the importance of truck drivers and the sacrifices they make for us. My guest is Tim Guin, EVP and Chief Commercial Officer for USA Truck in Van Buren, Arkansas. Tim's transportation career started with Swift Transportation in 1988. He held various leadership positions at Swift Transportation before moving to USX Enterprises, then Arnold Transportation Services, back to Swift Transportation, and then to USA Truck in 2018. Tim is a graduate of Winthrop University. He and his wife, Sherri, have two daughters. Tim is also a friend and one of my husband's best friends. We all went to Winthrop University together.
