Neil is a retail veteran with over 25 years of experience working in retail & retail media. Most notably he spent 16 years at Walmart.com. The 1st 10 years were spent as a merchant leading departments such as Video Games, Toys & Sporting Goods. In 2012 Neil started the retail media business that is now called Walmart Connect. This business grew to become the largest profit line on Walmart.com's P&L. In 2017, Neil took a role as SVP leading strategic partnerships & new business for Criteo's retail media division overseeing double & triple digit growth during his 7 years. Neil recently took a role as the CRO for Bridg (a division of Cardlytics).
Prior to his career in retail, Neil played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies farm system.

Before Casey's, Art served as the VP of Digital Shopping and E-Commerce, leading the Digital Transformation at Meijer. His leadership journey also includes a stint as the Vice President of Category Leadership at Kraft Foods.

Beyond his role at NexChapter, Inc., Art extends his influence as an advisor to technology startups and as a valued member of the Shoptalk Advisory Board. Most recently, Art was appointed as Chairman of the C-StoreTEC Advisory Board, a new platform introduced by CSP.

Jared leads partnerships at Bridg. Prior to shifting to the Bridg business, Jared led enterprise advertising partnerships for Cardlytics, where he and his team were focused on driving incremental revenue and actionable consumer insights for advertisers. Before joining Cardlytics in 2010, Jared ran sales and business development for Yahoo!’s data feed-based advertising programs, powering Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Shopping, and Yahoo! Travel. Jared began his digital advertising career in sales and business development at Overture Services and AltaVista.
