In all honesty I can see this podcast changed my life.. I went from wanting to be a cop who thought crime to a therapist who wants to help people after they are victims of crime. This podcast help me see victims as more than just that, it open my eyes to seeing them as people. People who suffered horrible tragedies and often need help putting their lives back together. That’s why I am working towards becoming a future licensed mental health counselor and honestly it’s due to this podcast.
