Tatiana Gwon is a published and award winning physics professor. Although she achieved success in her career, she found that she became overwhelmed with her work and family life, and that led to her being resentful, filled with fear and she developed back pain. In 2-3 years, she spent time learning yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu and spent a year doing lessons from a book called "Course of Miracles." This helped her transform out of what she calls the midlife checkpoint, which is a point in life where one must ask themselves what more do they want in life, what is their purpose and what makes them happy.
