A distinguished academic and Belk Distinguished Professor of Business Administration, Dr. Woehr has been a valuable member of the Belk College of Business since 2011, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Dr. Woehr holds a Ph.D. from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology, where he also earned his M.S. He started his academic journey with a B.A. from Trinity University. Dr. Woehr plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
With a focus on performance measurement, managerial assessment, and applied psychometrics, Dr. Woehr's research delves into critical aspects of organizational science. His commitment to excellence extends to the classroom, where he shares his insights with students in the M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Science programs.
