The most common room in a house a mirror is hung is in the bathroom, but we think mirrors belong in every room.
Hang an empty frame over a large mirror. Pretty effect!
The placement of a mirror in a room is very important! To bring light into a room hang a mirror opposite a window.

Anita's favorite mirror styles are Louis Phillipe. You needn't get an original there are many great reproductions!
Don't just think rectangle when you think mirrors. There are so many other shapes to choose from. Yvonne likes round mirrors in her house.
Don't forget about the frame of a mirror. Choose frames that have gorgeous frames. They become "art" and can have tons of texture!
If you find a gorgeous frame restore it and have a glass company put a mirror in. Make it one-of-a-kind.

Mirrors look fabulous at the end of a long hallway or a landing of a stair.
Here's a fun idea... add honeycomb shaped mirrored tiles to create a ceiling medallion for a chandelier
A grouping of small mirrors together is a great way to fill up a space.
A long mirror hung low behind a nightstand is a pretty way to reflect night stand lamp light.
Don't pass up mirrored furniture. They look gorgeous in a room that is not too busy.
