In this episode, Dylan reveals how to use social media influence for business success.
Tip 1: Choose the right platform for your brand - Dylan started his career by creating content on a platform called Musically, which helped him reach a young audience. He then expanded his presence to other platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. It's important to choose the right platform for your brand based on your target audience.
Tip 2: Consistency is key - Dylan emphasizes the importance of consistency in creating content. By posting consistently, he was able to grow his following on social media. Consistency builds trust with your audience and helps establish your brand.
Tip 3: Collaborate with other influencers - Dylan shares how he managed other influencers when he was 16, which led to him becoming Lowell Huddy's first talent manager. Collaborating with other influencers can help increase your reach and credibility.
"There's so many different opportunities that social media has now become such a powerful tool for not only just connecting with people, but also being able to create an identity for yourself," says Dylan.
"I think growing up in the neighborhood I grew up in, it instilled the importance of hard work. Watching my mom launch her own company taught me that anything is possible if you work hard for it," says Dylan.
