(00:19):

This is Dr. Aaron welcome. We come together each day to know the truth, live on spiritual principle and align with universal law. We truly believe that when somebody awakens, they have a gift message to bring to the world and together we're awakening the world. Our mission is to awaken a billion people. And now I know that we're gonna fulfill upon that mission is by developing world renowned, spiritual entrepreneurs, spiritual coaches, spiritual practitioners, law of attraction ministers, and yes, doctors of divinity. So let's break this on down. You guys, we're on number 11 of 12, a money breakthrough podcast series. This title is creating your rich inner circle, and yes, there is a saying your net worth is going to be the average of the five to 10 people you surround yourself with.

(01:14):

I'm not sure if that is a scientific <laugh>, you know, data or not, but boy, do I know how much the influence of the people around me make in my life and my consciousness and yes, in my bank account. So let's break this on down yesterday. I was actually at the Rosewood up in Montecito and I was at a brunch. I was with, there was nine women around this table in this beautiful, gorgeous room at the Rosewood. And Montecito had this beautiful chandelier with crystals over it, beautiful roses in the middle of the table. And I had a moment where I kind of looked around the room and I kind of almost had like a moment of imposter syndrome. But then I realized it was actually just a pinch me moment of realizing that I clearly had manifested this, that I had chosen within my own soul, that I wanted to surround myself with women that were extraordinary women that were soul based women that were committed to making a difference on this planet and every single woman across this table.

(02:20):

I don't think there was, there may have been somebody that made under seven figures, but regardless, I don't know, some of them probably made multiple, multiple seven figures. One of which worked with Oprah Winfrey, building her entire brand, other coaches in the room, doing deep, deep conscious work with clients, profound, profound spirit. Let's just put it that way. And what I knew in that moment was I was like, whoa, this is such a recognition, a reflection of a consciousness and a choice that I'd made years ago. And I remember there was a moment in my spiritual development that I had to let go of some friends, not because they weren't good enough or whatever, just they weren't in alignment with what I was, was truly committed to. And I know today as I sit here that my life would never be as rich as it is, my life would never be fulfilled.

(03:08):

My life would never be at the level it's at. If it weren't for the people that I surround myself with. So I just wanna give acknowledgement to my own coaches, to my own girlfriends and guy, friends that are making a difference that impact my life in every conversation we have. I'm just so grateful for my inner circle. So on that note, you know, we have to recognize that our network equals our net worth truly. And truly, if you think about it, we're one, we have mirroring cells, we have all these things. And so today I wanna help you create your rich inner circle because it's not a passive thing. It's a very active thing to get clear of what works for you. And doesn't work for you around the people that you are have in your life. If you're truly committed to claiming your birthright prosperity and having a money breakthrough, it goes into all areas of your life and definitely around the people that you surround yourself with.

(03:59):

So let's just say, you know, that, that people either they either rise, raise you up or they bring you down, like truly. And truly, if you think about it, like your life either gets better and expands with somebody you're hanging out with, or it gets more dramatic and chaotic and dysfunctional period, you know, and you have to weigh out the pros and cons. And I remember doing this, there was a, I had a really dear friend years ago and it just was, there was a lot of drama and I know it wasn't just her. It was probably both of us together, but there was a point in time where I had to release her to the universe. And I was like, you know what, I'm gonna release her with love. It's just that whether it be us together or whether it be that she's just committed to her drama, I to let it go, there was other friends that were good.

(04:44):

I mean, they were up to something, they were up to some growth. Um, and I would find that when I was around them, it was fine. You know, whether it be girlfriends I grew up with or girlfriends, I went to high school with, they're amazing. And they're still in my life and I do love them. Okay. But there's a whole other level of relationship that I'm really committed to. And it doesn't mean it can't be with the women that I grew up with or high school friends, cuz some of them absolutely fall into this category and some don't. So what I had to get clear is that what my own core commitments are, and we go through this, whether it be in an intimate relationship you're in, or whether it's in your girlfriends circle, guy, friend circle, or whether it's people you hire in your company, there has to be a level of core values that you're up to for you to truly thrive and be you.

(05:33):

And so I've gotten really clear of what mine are and I'm gonna help you get clear of what yours are, so that whether you even have those people in your life or not the people that you really truly wanna call into your life, you can begin to manifest this inner circle for yourself. Okay. So, you know, it's interesting because years ago, when I talk about how in my twenties, I saved a million dollars, I had read the book, what, you know, the millionaire next door <laugh> and some of the things that were in those books, I actually live by, right? And I'm gonna read the list of what this was. So the millionaire next door, uh, was all about saving money, living under means and slowly moving up truly. And truly that's really the concept of it. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's wonderful to be a millionaire and have passive income, but it doesn't mean that you're living abundantly.

(06:20):

And so the, I wanna read these characteristics for you so that you can decide for yourself who you wanna hang out with and who you don't wanna hang out with. Right? So some of the characteristics of the millionaire next door is they leave. They live beneath their means. They use their time and money efficiently to build wealth. They prioritize attaining financial independence over displaying social status. They're skilled at identifying investment opportunities. They choose the right line of work. They didn't inherit their wealth. They built it. 80% are first generation millionaires. Many have self are self-employed. Um, and they are extremely frugal and budget their expenses. And then an average, they invest 20% of their realized household income per year. Okay, cool. Sounds good. Not necessarily my inner circle anymore. Okay. It doesn't mean that I would not have somebody around me that has all these means, but I, there is a distinction for me and the distinction is yes, it's good to save wealth.

(07:19):

Yes. Maybe it's good to be conservative to live beneath your means. Yes, that's all good and fine and Dany. But the difference is, is the women that I'm really, really into circling surrounding myself with are women that are, are willing to live on the edge, to grow exponentially and allow the universe to create miracles in the process. So the, the issue for me with the millionaire next door conversation is very linear. It's like, I'm gonna make a little bit more money. I'm gonna save 20% of my income. I'm gonna build a little bit more asset and then I'm gonna get financially free so that I can, you know, die a great, comfortable death. Right. It's like, cool. That's cool. There's something wrong with that. It's just that it's not really, it's it, there's a level of going even beyond that. And so we have to take a look at the billionaires mindset instead of the millionaires mindset.

(08:14):

And it's very different. It's very different. Okay. The billionaires mindset, and this is maybe not totally factual. This is based off a book. Um, the billionaire mindset. And, um, it is basically, these are five unique kind of parts of it. But the key billionaire mindset is there's, there's confidence. There's creativity, there's ambition, there's passion, there's adaptivity, there's scalability, there's energetic and there's leadership. So the billionaire thinks a little bit different than the, you know, somebody who's just trying to save, right? Anybody could save a million dollars. These days is not that hard to do, um, a millionaires millionaires, not much money these days. Right. But to become, somebody has extraordinary life and living into the billionaires way of thinking. It's more about how they think they think truly deeply, right? One of the most important facts of a billionaire is the traits that they think they don't think of.

(09:05):

Like, I wanna make another billion dollars. They're thinking of basically, how can I get more free time? How can I help others to get more free time? Right. They're thinking of how do people spend most of their day? How much time do they spend at the office? How much do they do they get into the deep depths of like, how do I make someone's life better? How do I solve problems for people so that I can begin to help them? And also claim my birthright prosperity. Right? I did this in society. It's like, how do I help enlighten people? How do I help them become the most able in their life? How do I help them from, you know, becoming codependent to becoming empowered? How do I help them end their suffering and the trauma to transform, to birth their purpose and legacy? How do I do all that?

(09:48):

And then given that much value also claim my birthright prosperity, right? So we wanna begin to shift from like, how do I dis how do I save a million dollars? Like who cares? You know what I mean? If you're not expressed and you're not whatever, then who cares? I trust me, I've been there. I've had a million dollars and, and been broke. And my consciousness, right? The second billionaire concept in here is they keep good company. And so one of the hallmarks of, you know, having a billionaire mindset is to keep good company. And I'm gonna tell you, this is straight up. You guys, I am around a lot of people who are multiple seven figure coaches and up. And one of the primary things they do is they surround themselves and collaborate with other, you know, people that are up to big things. And it's not like, oh, you, I will only hang out with people who have X amount of followers.

(10:32):

It's not about that. It's about the consciousness it's around them, right? It's about who holds 'em. So I have a friend and, and she's always like, she's like, I don't think she even gets what I mean, she gets what I does and she loves me, but she'll be like, oh my gosh, you're creating something again. You're so silly. Oh my gosh, I can't believe your like, like you're just a work. Like she says that as if I'm like a workaholic and that something that's like wrong with me. Whereas if my other friends who are, you know, multiple seven figures are like, oh my gosh, you're creating something again. I wanna hear all about it. Right? It's like a totally different energy. And it's actually a receiving of who I am in those friends. And so my heart, it like expands my soul expands when I'm around friends that fully receive me and get the creative process of, of making a difference on this planet and impacting lives.

(11:20):

Versus some friends may be sweet. They're not like, mean, they're just, they just don't get me as much. They're just not, we're just, we're not in alignment. There's anything wrong with it. It's just like my soul kind of contracts a little bit when I'm around that, when I hear like, oh, you're creating something again. Like why, you know what I mean? Like what, like, are you kidding me? Like, that's why I'm a creative, spiritual being, creating extraordinary abundance in my life. And for helping other people ex you know, create abundance in our life. Right? So it's like, you have to understand who are your people and who are not your people. And it's super important to have people around you that help you express and help you create and help you, whatever. If you're going to create an extraordinary life, it's a lot of creation, right?

(12:03):

The third trait, uh, that says on this is billionaires create their own destiny. So do you believe in destiny? And if you don't, that's cool. Right. But you know, we have to think about this, right? So who you're hanging out with, do they truly believe that they're creating their destiny? Or are they just reacting to what's going on in the world or they're just reacting to what's happening in the financial world? Are they just reacting to what jobs are? You know what it, this way I have people that like, literally look, they look out to see what jobs are available and which one's best suit for them. Right. Versus my extraordinary friends, don't look to the world. They create, they create industries. <laugh> they create a new position in this world. Right. That's the difference of the friends that I wanna hang out versus mother friends.

(12:46):

Okay. Next is billionaires churn, failure into success. Hell to the, yes. Every single one of my friends during pandemic, during whatever, all my extraordinary friends, they didn't blink an eye. They're like, okay, how do we adjust? How do we pivot? Let's go. Right. My other friends are like, oh my gosh, this is so hard. I can't believe this. Oh my gosh. Right. And it's like, so you just have to decide, are you, are you gonna innovate? Are you gonna pivot? Are you gonna choose? I create my destiny period. Right. And the fifth, um, concept of a billionaire mindset is this is they have a broke mindset in that they're innovating. They can innovate, use other people's money. Um, meaning getting leverage from banks, things or whatever, or investors to understand how they can do it with little amount of money. Right. So it's different than say, one of my kind of not innovative friends might be like, I can't do that.

(13:40):

Cuz I can't afford that. And I'll just figure out how to do it once I can afford it. Right. They might not be in total scarcity, but they're not in full abundance mindset. Meaning that my extraordinary friends are gonna figure out a way to do it. Even when they're not quite, they don't have the money for it yet, but they'll still figure out how to get investors. They'll still figure out how to do it at whatever level. So you have to ask yourself where what's, where, what are the, what's the inner circle that you wanna create for yourself? Truly like what is the inner circle that you wanna? Cause my list is gonna be different than your list. You get to have your own list. My list. I'm gonna tell you right now, my list is soul based entrepreneurs. I literally love my girlfriends who are spiritually based that are entrepreneurs.

(14:21):

And I have a lot of them. Their companies may not, you know, show 'em as spiritual, but all behind the scenes, they're all spiritual. All my badass girlfriends that are making seven, multiple seven figures are all spiritually based because they know they have to understand that level of their power to be able to truly tap into their creative factor. Right? My, my list is they're committed to extraordinary growth. I don't need to have somebody that's a seven figure to be a friend. I have friends that do not make seven figures. Okay. There's no, I have, I have friends that don't even have traditional jobs and they don't actually make an income in that way. So that's not a requirement for me, but what they are is committed to extraordinary growth. I will not have anybody in my inner circle. Who's not committed to extraordinary growth and making a difference on this planet.

(15:09):

Right. Another must have is they need to be empowered, not codependent, right? They can't be like, oh my gosh, my mom said this and, and my, you know, partner, I'm just so mad cuz they did that. Right. They can have those issues. Like shit. My mom said that, okay, well how am I gonna become empowered? Who do I wanna be? What am I committed to? Right. So they have to be empowered. They have to be soul based entrepreneurs. It's not that they don't have to be, but they just are like, and they may not be entrepreneurs, but they might be like philanthropists. Right? So I consider that entrepreneurs also, cause they're figuring a way of creating and, and making difference in the world. There has to be a creative factor. Them. I'm just saying for me, I know myself, I've been around thousands and thousands of people and it's not that I wouldn't like have a friend.

(15:53):

That's not that it's just that I know where I vibe. Right. It's just, I know my peep. I know my peeps. Right? I know my tribe. And so it's just, you have to ask yourself who, what is that creative circle that you want to create for yourself? Because the truth is your network worth is based on your network. Your network is going to be an equal proportion to your network. I've never known one person that's highly successful that did it on their own. They have to have an extraordinary team, right? So you have to ask yourself who what's your must have and you're creating your rich inner team, right? I don't want anyone touching society or my company that does not believe in our oneness that does not believe and doesn't have a prosperity. Do you know what? The biggest things that hold that held me back in past projects is actually the team members.

(16:43):

<laugh>, I'm not even joking, not even joking. You're gonna create a show. You better have people that are really, really, really having prosperity mindset. Right? You wanna create a company you better really, really, really make sure people are having prosperity. You hire a bunch of people that have never made, you know, more than $3,000 a month. Guess what? It's gonna hold your company back. Okay? You have to be committed. And it doesn't mean that people have to make a bunch of money for you to hire them. It means that they have to understand prosperity consciousness. They have to live in the abundance mindset and look at all innovation, be able to pivot and, and understand the creative factor of everything. Otherwise you're gonna be held back and it's not gonna work out. That's the truth. It's a hard truth, but it's true. And that's why I've had to let some things go in my life because it just wasn't alignment.

(17:29):

And you know, and I send everybody off with, with knowing their perfection and not necessarily judging them, but understanding where people are in their consciousness. Okay. So I am creating my rich inner circle and I invite you to as well. So what does that look like? You know, you're like, well, that's cool. I know who I wanna hang out with, but I don't know any of those people. Well then you gotta start getting into masterminds. One of the biggest things I've known for myself and in the industry is you pay to be in, in community. And, and that's one of the beautiful things is that we all pay for each other's services. We all pay to be in each other's groups because that's how you grow. And money is a beautiful exchange of energy. I've paid for many coaches and gotten into different circles. And then once you're kind of moving and grooving and that you're kind of proving yourself as somebody who's committed to abundance and committed to serving the world and committed to being able to get developed in your own mindset, then you get invited to things that are free.

(18:24):

You get invited to in a earn inner circles, you get invited into extraordinary groups of people because you're extraordinary, right? So until you're extraordinary, you gotta learn and pay to be able to get developed as somebody who's extraordinary. That's just facts of life. That's just cause and effect. Okay. So you have to commit, how committed are you to living a prosperity life? How committed are you? And then it's like commitment. Doesn't ask how commitment just says it is done. And I'm gonna take inspired action. Bolded inspired action. And I know the universe is going to conspire with me. And so I just know right here, right now, taking a deep breath into the nose and exon out, just recognizing the truth of who you are, which is an abundant, prosperous, divine, spiritual being. You are powerful and you're worth more than all the gold on this planet.

(19:15):

And in you is all the riches. You are the innovation factor. You are able to create anything and everything, your heart desires. You're also here to serve and bring value. And in that I recognize all the value, all the abundance of money coming your way. I know you were born to be rich and anything that's not rich is a sin because it is missing the mark. We live in a beautiful opulent opulent universe. And if you're living anything other than an opulent life, it is not the truth. I know that it's not about one person getting means somebody else doesn't get. I recognize the total abundance of being able to create exponentially and infinitely in on this, in this incredible thing called life. And so I just say, may you surround yourself with where your heart sings? May you surround yourself with people that truly get you and see you and understand the truth of who you are.

(20:14):

May you know that with the power of your mind, you can innovate and create miracles for others. And in doing so reap the rewards. I say, yes, I say, yes, may you live your truth as together we say.
