Hello, my friends and welcome to the podcast. Today we are going to be answering a call in question and the topic is, what is the purpose and meaning of life? This question comes in from Sonia from the United Kingdom and she states that she's been struggling ever since the lockdowns. She says, I'm really questioning the meaning of life. What would you suggest to get my inspiration back? And I just wanna say, Sonia, I can completely relate.

and we're going to answer these questions and this topic on the podcast today. We're also gonna be breaking down our weekly daily spiritual practice, a spiritual principle, universal law, a spiritual practice for us to embody this week, an affirmation, a quote, a journaling prompt, and a case study. So let's begin by doing a spiritual mind treatment, taking a deep breath in through the nose, and getting grounded in, putting your hands over your heart.

and getting connected into that zero point field, the void, the source within the God consciousness, that place and that point of power where everything is created. And so I know that this week is another week for us to really create, to know that we are here to master consciousness, to truly be able to experience the cause and effect of consciousness. And so I am knowing that your true identity,

is the divine, is the I am, which is the creative factor of all of life. And I recognize that we're here in this relative universe, this beautiful, amazing experience of being the one and the fractal, feeling so divided and feeling divine at the same time. I recognize this incredible thing called life, this masterclass, this growth factor, recognizing the meaning of life is to live.

to love, to express, to connect. And it's also to experience the dark and the suffering and everything. I recognize it is all the epic experience of life, this incredible thing called I am. And in this unification and this oneness, I say yes to this day, yes to this time together, yes to every last drop of life. I accept all of it. I accept the light and the dark.

the abundance and the experience of scarcity, but I recognize there's only scarcity. There's only abundance. There's only love.

there is that which I am. And so I just say, yes, yes, yes to this week as together we say, and so it is. Okay, so Sonia, thank you so much for writing in. And I just wanna say that we are habitual beings and that many people have been struggling before and after the lockdown, right? And I really wanna acknowledge you that if you've been questioning the meaning of life, that we wanna make sure that,

no one is having suicidal thoughts or making a plan that there's a lot of suicide across the globe. And so one, if you or anybody you know is struggling with suicide, please reach out. There are hotlines. There are different people that have put a mission to their life to help people like that. However, I don't think that Sonya is dealing with that because there was a lot more that came with the email around this. And so I just want to say, Sonya, again, I really honor where you're at and the struggle after lockdowns.

We were actually just talking about that today, my girlfriends and I that we are habitual beings and that we, over the pandemic, a lot of us got new habits that were different than who we were before. Some of us were very social before the pandemic and we began to get really insular. And some people learned how to break through things in relationship because they were stuck in a home with, you know, their partner or their whole family.

And so whatever good or bad habits we grew out of the lockdown, we have to recognize that. And so what is the meaning of life? One, we want to say that it's up to you that we each individually make the meaning of the meaning of life. And so you get to decide what that is for you, Sonia, but I'm going to try and help you from my perspective and what I believe the meaning of life is. One of our spiritual ethics in...

our school and training coaches is to not impose our viewpoint on others. So just because I believe what I'm gonna tell you is the meaning of life does not mean that it means to me your meaning of life, okay? And so how do you find purpose in calling? How do you discover your meaning of life? Well, we have to really understand that everything is created from your consciousness, from what you decide and the meaning that you place around stuff.

So I truly believe that we're here as a masterclass. I do believe that we are here to complete our energetics, to clear our soul, to fulfill upon whatever trauma that we've been through in this lifetime and past lifetimes, that we're here to complete those energetic cycles, that karma, if you will, and to give back the lessons and blessings of what we learn through healing. And I really believe,

that we are here to live life, really and truly. And that brings me to the quote of this day, which is by Joseph Campbell. And he says, people say that what we're seeking is the meaning for life.

Joseph Campbell, the power of myth says, people say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. He says, I don't think that that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're really seeking is the experience of being fully alive. And I couldn't agree more. So most of us have so much resistance to life, to all the problems, to all the issues that we can't actually be here now.

Right, we can't fully experience being fully alive because we're so caught up in what happened yesterday, what someone else is doing, how we want someone to be different, whatever that is, all of our past traumas pulling us to the past or the anxiety of the future and that we can't fully experience being alive. And so I truly believe that the meaning of life is to remember who you are. To play this game of life of being divided and feeling like you're not divine,

and play the game of life. So I just wanna speak into this for you, Sonia, that there are answers and that these are a few things that I'd recommend. Of course, doing your inner trauma work for sure and being able to birth what your truth is. There's an ultimate truth and a relative truth and you have a relative truth. And oftentimes during a thing like pandemic or whatever we've all been through that our values shift. So now,

it's almost like a midlife crisis, right? We get reborn over and over and over again in our lives. And oftentimes when these things happen, we begin to question and the old things that we thought we wanted, we don't want anymore. And that may look like I'm getting sad or I don't have inspiration, but rather that's telling us that we are here to evolve. We're not supposed to do the same thing over and over again. So my invitation for you is to do your deep work to make sure that you are living in alignment with your core values that you.

have birthed your purpose, your soul's purpose, and that you're living that because studies show that authenticity and having a purpose is really important, along with deep relationships. So making sure that you are reaching out to the people and groups and communities that really matter, that are in alignment with your core values and with your core mission, okay? And as they say, do what you love, you'll never work another day in your life. Well, sometimes my invitation is,

to pattern interrupt. So Sonia, sometimes when things just don't feel inspirational anymore, maybe it's because we're supposed to do something that we've never done. So my invitation is to get out of your comfort zone and pattern interrupt, maybe go to a different country, maybe go to a different place in the city you've never been to, maybe hang out and do things that are outside of your comfort zone. And then also, of course, we wanna deal with chemistry, so you always wanna go,

to a traditional doctor or your alternative doctor, whoever it is that's dealing with your chemistry because purifying the body, making sure your serotonin levels and hormone levels and making sure that you're getting good exercise and things like that, of course, play into our inspiration as well. So, and prayer. So prayer, meditation, all those good things. So we're gonna get into that. So the biggest thing, Sonia, I would say is to have compassion for yourself, no matter what you're going through.

that sometimes we have to go through the dark times. Sometimes we have to go through the boredom. Sometimes we have to go through all those things to have a relative experience because what we resist, persist. So you have to love yourself unconditionally through the dark times with zero resistance. And so what is the purpose and meaning of life? It's to live. It's to love. It's to burn that soul's mission and...

and calling and transform the dark into the light, transform all of your deepest traumas into that which you embody and give yourself fully to life. And so I just wanted you to know, Sonia, that I understand and I too have been going through that ever since the pandemic, that my life has been dramatically changed since that from so much isolation over those times. And I have to...

make myself get out and be social, make myself go out. And I saw two different groups of women today, reaching out to people and, and just making myself go even when I don't want to go just getting out of my comfort zone. So having said that, let's get into this week's distinctions. So this week's daily spiritual practice, number one is the spiritual principle of the week is your life is a vibrational match of your consciousness. So for everyone out there, no matter what's going on,

no matter how hard, how great it is, everything is a vibrational match. And it's really fascinating because I was driving to go meet some girlfriends today and I turned on the song and I was sort of like dancing in a car and it felt so amazing. And automatically I went and I met all these people I started meeting randomly in restaurants and miscellaneous things today. And it's because I know it's because I was in that flow state.

And so we always want to get into that vibrational match of bliss and flow and ecstasy because that's when the miracles happens. That's when the serendipity happens. That's when things just absolutely flow. So today, this week, the universal law, there's only one universal law. It's a law of cause and effect, our oneness. But this week's universal law distinction is the law of attraction. We recognize that whichever it is that we are the vibrational match of, we're going to track that same thing in as well.

Okay, and then the spiritual practice this week is to embody what you desire. So if you desire love, you gotta embody being loving, right? If you desire money, then you've gotta embody being somebody who's highly, highly valuable, right? Whatever it is that you desire, embody what you desire. And that is the spiritual practice this week. The affirmation this week is simple and probably the most profound affirmation, I am. That is affirmation.

And the quote again by Joseph Campbell is people say that what we're all seeking is the meaning of life. He says, I don't think that's what we're actually seeking. I think what we are really seeking is the experience of being fully alive. And I love that quote, such an awesome, famous one. The journaling prompt of this week is take some time to contemplate the following. Am I embodying that which I seek? Do I give what I desire to have?

What do I need to become to have the vibrational match manifest in my life? And then finally, the case study this week is really fascinating. So I was in a session this week and this client, you know, we kind of, she's somebody who worked with for a long time and sometimes we just do kind of brainstorm stuff. And I was asking her, is there anything where you're feeling stuck at all? And she said, you know, there's just one pattern that is.

So the case study this week is a client that was dealing with being late to everything. She's late for luncheons, she's late for meetings, she's late for everything. She's like, I just don't know what this is, it's not a big deal, but it's bothering me. So we began to de -layer it. And oftentimes the littlest things are actually the biggest thing. So this was a microcosm of a macrocosm. So we began to go into,

the emotions around being late. And as we got in there, it opened up like a vortex into traumas of this lifetime and past lifetimes. And what we uncovered was that her biggest fear is abandonment. And that when she's late for something, it actually signifies that she will not be successful. And her greatest fear from her traumas of this lifetime and past lifetime is when she was successful,

she got abandoned. As a woman, she actually, the more successful she got, she got crucified. She got left by her husband since past life. She got tortured, right? She had all this fear around success. So her kind of self -sabotaging around it was just being late, because if she's late, it's like she's kind of guarantees that it's not gonna be a really, really high level of success, right? So in that, it became less charged.

She is, you know, feeling less of it just happening from a subconscious perspective. She's able to have choice more. And these things take some time to delay her different traumas from this lifetime and past lifetime. But the point is, is the case study is for you to take a look at where in your life do you have little things that could actually be significant from an identity and from a sabotaging perspective, okay? So in this, you guys,

I want you to know that I'm with you in consciousness this week. Let's practice these distinctions. You can read them below wherever you are listening to the podcast. the suffering, the non -inspiration, that that is your spirit speaking and knocking and banging at the door saying, wake up, come home, come home, come within, come get recharged, come get inspired where the only inspiration happens, which is God's source within, which is the divine source within, which is the pure essence of who you are. You are the inspiration. You are.

that aspect of life that is ready to be fully expressed, fully giving yourself to life. And so I just know the blessings of this experience for you, Sonia. I recognize right here and right now that everything is for growth. Everything is the masterclass. And I just recognize and know it's already done in divine mind. May you receive your good. May you receive yourself. May you receive and give yourself fully to life with your cup run.
