Alan Kleinfeld is a seasoned and highly-sought after consultant, educator and speaker. With years in meeting management, his expertise runs the gamut from A to Z. Heather is an experienced food safety auditor from the UK, now living in Denmark. She is also vegan and suffers from allergies and intolerances. She has moved from being a generic auditor into an inclusivity expert by sharing her insights and experiences by first authoring a book titled "Inclusive: The New Exclusive" and now helping restaurants (or any food service business) see the "money being left on the table".

Karla is the Chef Owner of bo.ka.do scratch kitchen located inside the Farmer's market in downtown Mayagüez. She specializes in vegan creative international cuisine.

Jennifer Squeglia, CMP brings years of event planning experience to RLC Events. RLC are the initials of her late father - Robert Lee Colburn - who played a tremendous influential role throughout Jennifer's life. His ability to treat others with respect and dedicate his life to both his family and his profession provided the foundation for Jennifer's committed work ethic, strong relationships, and ability for quality service and high performance throughout her career.
Jennifer opened RLC Events, Inc. in March 2007 and has orchestrated events for clients across all industries throughout the United States. Events include leadership forums and high level executive training programs, as well as leading a team of event professionals in orchestrating twelve one-day free clinics featured on the Dr. Oz Show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and Parade Magazine.
Jennifer was recently awarded by Smart Meetings magazine as one of the Smart Women in Meetings 2021 in the Visionary category.
