Erin advises pharmaceutical companies, tech start-ups, food manufacturers, media outlets, restaurants, and others on food allergies.

Elise is studying poli sci at American University with the hope of creating systemic change and a more inclusive world. She has food allergies and celiac disease; she has worked on lobbying initiatives, built the Food Allergy Research Caucus, and is currently pushing for dining changes at AU.

Alan Kleinfeld is a seasoned and highly-sought after consultant, educator and speaker. With years in meeting management, his expertise runs the gamut from A to Z. However, it is his time as a public safety officer that gives him a unique viewpoint into conference safety and security. A few of his safety subjects include:

He also conducts site analysis for planners and suppliers wanting to have the safest venues for their meetings and events. In addition, he’s completed training specific to health-related safety. Lastly, he continues to serve as a law enforcement officer.
Heather Landex
Heather is an experienced food safety auditor from the UK, now living in Denmark. She is also vegan and suffers from allergies and intolerances. She has moved from being a generic auditor into an inclusivity expert by sharing her insights and experiences by first authoring a book titled "Inclusive: The New Exclusive" and now helping restaurants (or any food service business) see the "money being left on the table".
